5/16/20

The long awaited news has arrived; we are reopening as of May 18th. We encourage any new clients to reach out to us right away as we have a wait list at the moment along with a backlog of fittings we are pushing to complete within one to two weeks time. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. 

At TruTailor Co, we will be adhering to all public health recommendations, and will also continue to maintain private appointments. All consultants will be wearing masks, checked daily for any symptoms, and will be washing their hands or using sanitizer after every appointment. We request that our clients follow a similar approach and suggested details will be emailed after appointment is confirmed.

Prior Updates

In recent news, the governor of CA has issued a statewide mandatory stay at home order and our stateside operations will be closed for the duration of this period. We hope and pray that everyone is safe amid the rapidly growing concern of the the current situation. Our tailors overseas are in good health and in full operation as the severity of the impact in their region has since past and will have current orders ready for fitting as soon as we are cleared. For those who have scheduled weddings or events, and are unsure of potential setbacks due to the current events, we will be providing complimentary weight fluctuation alterations prior to the event. Customer satisfaction is one of our utmost concerns and we are happy to work with all of our clients throughout this time.
