We highly encourage you to utilize our alteration credit/remakes option prior to refunds. Our goal is to ensure that your experience with our garments is an amazing one.
ALTERATIONS
Alterations will be made by TruTailor Co. in house(free of charge) addressed during the initial fitting. Alterations after a final fitting will be accepted free of charge 2 weeks after a final fitting as well, and after that point will be determined on a case by case basis.
If outside alteration is required (ie. Individuals outside of our travelling consultant range):
Alteration credit will be issued when TruTailor Co. is notified via email at support@trutailorco.com that an alteration is required. Must be within 30 days of customer receiving the garment.
TruTailor Co. offers one-time credit for first-time customers for the following:
Up to $50.00 for Super 120s suit alteration
Up to $75.00 for Super 140s suit alteration
Up to $35.00 for Super 120s blazer alteration
Up to $50.00 for Super 140s blazer alteration
Up to $15.00 for Super 120s pants alteration
Up to $25.00 for Super 140s pants alteration
Up to $15.00 for dress shirt alteration
An Alteration Form will be emailed following the notice; this form must be filled out by the tailor performing the alteration(s) in order to be considered complete.
In order for customers to receive credit, they must send a photo of the alteration receipt and completed Alteration Form via email.
REMAKES - Out of State
Remakes can be done by contacting TruTailor Co. Customer Service via email within 30 days of receiving product(s). Please do not ship out product until there is RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been issued.
Remakes may take between 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered.
TruTailor Co. offers one free remake for any garment that adheres to the clauses listed below. Any additional remakes will be determined on a case by case basis.

RETURNS
All garments will be accepted for returns as long as a request is issued via email at support@trutailorco.com within 30 days of reception. TruTailor Co. will issue a refund upon receiving and confirming RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Due to our products being custom and made-to-order, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to any returned products.
Customers must file for return through TruTailor Co. Customer Service prior to shipping out any garment.
All returned shipments must be in original condition. (unaltered, unworn, undamaged)
In the event that an item is altered, worn, or damaged, the garment will be shipped back to customer with no credit provided.
